Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order by contacting our support team. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns (Perishable Goods)
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on coffee bags once opened or if the packaging is tampered with.
3. Refunds for Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at support@nivaaracoffeehouse.com with photos of the damaged product. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement immediately.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.
