A 23-year-old visionary entrepreneur, Sachin grew up in the serene hills of Chikmagalur, the birthplace of Indian coffee. From his childhood, he spent his life in a small village surrounded by lush green estates and scenic destinations like Baba Budan Giri, Mullayanagiri, and Hebbe Falls — places where the aroma of freshly roasted beans fills the air and coffee is a way of life.
Watching farmers nurture coffee plants with dedication and tradition, Sachin developed a deep connection with the soil. The rhythm of coffee life — from cherry picking to sun drying and roasting — became a part of his identity.
However, as he grew, he witnessed how many commercial brands began mixing pure beans with blended varieties (chicory and lower grade Robusta), misleading consumers. This realization sparked a purpose within him — to protect and promote the purity of Chikmagalur coffee on a global scale.
Thus, NiVAARA Coffee House was born — not just as a brand, but as a movement.
Growing up among coffee plantations taught me one thing — purity can’t be replaced. Many brands call their blends ‘pure,’ but I’ve seen the real coffee, and I know its soul. My dream with NiVAARA is to let the world taste the true flavor of Chikmagalur — pure, strong, and unforgettable.
